Mark Smith

Rev. Schell is a retire minister with the West Virginia Annual Conference, having filled many pulpits and positions during his time.  We are pleased to have him appointed as our Interim Pastor during this time.  He and his wife, Mary Ann, have attended Duff Street for many years now.
